SENIOR BILLER/REVENUE ADMINISTRATOR

DIRECTOR OF OPERATIONS - GATEWAY AMBULANCE
The Director of Operations will have the full responsibility of overseeing all aspects of operating a 2400 run per month private ambulance service division that employs over 185 medical professionals and a fleet of 28 ambulances. Demonstrate competency in financial management, leadership, operations management. Work with Union, handling grievances, etc. in accordance with CBA. Benchmark key performance indicators and major processes in order to move towards best practices and assure consistency of these indicators across the collaborative network. Assure compliance with all external regulatory agencies and organizations for all areas of responsibility. Develops and administers budgets; plans, implements, and allocates resources with a focus on operational excellence. P&L management; Balance Sheet management.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years EMS management experience.
- Bachelor's degree in management or related topic preferred.
- Outstanding negotiation and verbal/written communication skills. Must be able to work effectively with diverse group of people.
- Computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite.
- Experience managing in unionized environment a plus.
- Paramedic certification.
- Valid state driver's license.
