*Tables, chairs, electricity, booth carpet and other accessories must be arranged with Global Experience Specialists, Inc. (GES) at the exhibitor’s own cost.  Vehicle placement fees will also apply.  Caesars Palace is a union hotel facility.

Pricing:

  • 10’ x 10’ Booths ($3,000 members/$4,750 non-members)
  • Additional 10’ x 10’ Booths ($2,750 members/$4,650 non-members)
  • 15’ x 25’ Vehicle Space ($2,750 members/$4,500 non-members)
  • Additional 15’ x 25’ Vehicle Spaces ($2,500 members/$4,450 non-members)
  • Additional Booth Personnel ($200)

 

Details:
Contracts will only be processed when submitted with a 50% deposit; the full balance must be paid by September 11, 2015.  Exhibit locations will be determined on a point system through June 30, 2015.  After that time locations will be selected on a first come/first serve basis. Non Member purchases will include a one year membership with the AAA (a $2,040 value), available for first time members only.
